Oh this a good lesson - I had to learn this one - the hard way Kathy. I went for years and years without "thinking" like this. It made for a messed up life, and very little friends. And then, I started to ask - Is it helpful? Is it inspiring? Is it kind? Is it something they want to hear, or that I want to say? I had more response, more feedback, better friendships, and lasting relationships. It made all the difference.
